Participation 

1. All players rated at least 2500 in any of the three FIDE rating lists (Standard, Blitz or Rapid) as at the 1st of March 2013 are eligible to participate in the World Blitz Championship.

2. The Blitz & Rapid Championships are open to all the National Champions representing their National Chess Federation regardless of their title or rating.

3. Applications have to be sent by the national federations only.

4. Application form (attached form F1) must be submitted to OC Khanty-Mansiysk to the e-mail: oc@ugrasport.com by not later than 01.05.2013. 

5. The entry fee of 100 USD shall be paid to the Organizer. All players must register by not later than 1st May 2013, following which entry fee will be 200 USD (application submission after the 1st of May – by not later than 15.05.2013). 

6. Payment of the entry fee will be made on the day of arrival, on June 5, 2013 in the hotel «Olympic». Payment in Russian Rubles at the current exchange rate or by bank cards. 

The deduction of the entry fee from the prize money is not allowed.

The participants, who have not paid the entry fee, are not allowed to enter the tournament.
